Quick answer
Check the account type, that the automation is on, and that comments are recent enough to message.
DMs are not sending
- Check your Instagram is a Business or Creator account and still connected.
- Confirm the automation is turned on and watching the right post.
- Instagram only allows DMs within a messaging window; very old comments may fall outside it.
Account will not connect
Reconnect from Settings using official Meta login, and make sure the account is a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page if required.
