Free trial
Shre is free to start with a 7-day trial and no card required. If you do nothing after the trial, you are not charged.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from Settings. When you cancel a paid plan, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Refunds
If you were charged by mistake or are not satisfied, email support@technerveai.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request. Payments in India are processed by PayU; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
How billing and cancellation work
Shre starts with a free 7-day trial and no card, so you can run it on a live post and see the results before you pay anything. If it does not fit your workflow, you simply do not continue, and you are never charged.
After the trial, Shre is one flat price with unlimited messages: 499 rupees a month or 1999 rupees a year. There is no per-contact billing, so a viral post never raises your bill. You can cancel at any time from your account, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Requesting a refund
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at our contact page or email support@technerveai.com with your account email and the charge details. We review every request and respond within a few business days. The fastest way to avoid an unwanted charge is to cancel during the free trial, since no card is required to start.
